For first time riders, we do an initial consultation to make sure your pup is a good fit for group trips on The Pup Mobile! Kianna will ask questions about your dog’s temperament and history as well as note any information about allergies or fun quirks. There will also be time for you ask questions.

All first timers must do a trial ride which we will schedule during the first call.

Dogs that are people and dog friendly will be a great fit for the Pup Mobile. The intake form will include questions about your dogs temperament. Please be sure to answer thoroughly and honestly for everyone’s safety.

• All dogs 6 months or older are required to be spayed or neutered for the safety of all our dogs.

• Dogs must be over 16 weeks of age.

• Current vaccinations required: Rabies, Bordetella, DHLPP

• Monthly Flea & Tick prevention treatment (oral, topical)

Field Trips usually range from 3-4 hours away from home. Total time varies depending on the pick up/drop off route.

We keep packs to a maximum of 6 dogs so everyone gets personalized attention. A minimum of 4 dogs must be signed up to run a slot.

Absolutely! We carry commercial auto insurance and pet-transport liability coverage for every outing. You'll sign a simple liability waiver when you book your first ride.

All dogs must wear a harness with ID so they can be safely secured during travel.

We provide water, waste bags, and tons of love and attention!

Sign-ups close 24 hours before a slot. Cancel before that window for a full refund or credit; after that, the ride is non-refundable.

Pick-up Service Area includes a 3 mile radius from Pico/Fairfax Blvd.

If you want to get your pup on the bus and live outside the radius, please contact us at thepupmobile@gmail.com. We may be able to arrange an alternate pickup point depending on availability.

Our vehicles are climate controlled, and we adjust or reschedule outings during extreme heat for everyone's safety. We will let you know at least 24 hours in advance if an outing needs to be rescheduled due to weather.

There are inherit risks in dogs playing off-leash. Kianna is Dog/Cat CPR and First Aid Certified and all dogs are monitored closely during play. In the case something does happen, the following steps may be taken:

• Pup parents are contacted immediately if concerns arise.

• Emergency treatment may occur before contact if urgent care is required.

• Registration includes a waiver acknowledging natural play risks and veterinary authorization.
